What You'll Do

  • Own Counselect's LinkedIn engine (company page + leadership profiles): calendar, posting cadence, engagement, and growth.
  • Translate founder inputs into sharp posts, carousels, and POV content that sounds human and senior.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives: campaigns around reports, webinars, roundtables, newsletters, and launches.
  • Keep the website warm and conversion-ready: publish blogs/updates, improve CTAs, coordinate with design/dev as needed.
  • Track performance and iterate: engagement, audience quality, website traffic, and inbound lead metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 34 years in B2B social/content/digital marketing (professional services/consulting is a plus).
  • Strong LinkedIn writing + storytelling skills; understands positioning, not just posting.
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and turning rough ideas into crisp, publish-ready content.
  • Working knowledge of SEO basics and analytics/tracking
  • High ownership: you can run the flywheel end-to-end.

Success looks like

  • Consistent thought leadership cadence (weekly), improving quality over time.
  • Growing reach with the right audience (GCs, CFOs, CXOs).
  • A steady rise in qualified inbound enquiries via LinkedIn and the website.

Nice to have

  • Experience with newsletters, webinars/events, PR support, or ghostwriting for leadership.
  • Design sensibility (Canva/Figma) and ability to brief designers clearly
