Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Sakshe A. Gupta, Co- Founder

This isn't a post-and-pray role.

We have a social media agency.

We have a founder with a clear vision.

What's missing is the person in between —

someone who owns the process,

bridges the gap,

and makes sure what goes out

actually reflects who Aarnora is.

That's you.

What You'll Own

The bridge.

Between Sakshe and the agency.

Between the idea and the post.

Between the brand and the audience.

The process.

Content planning. Approvals. Execution.

Reporting. All of it — structured,

consistent, and stress-free for everyone.

The presence.

Our Instagram, our content, our voice.

You'll know before we publish

whether something feels right.

And you'll say so.

The numbers.

You track what's working.

You flag what isn't.

You bring ideas — not just reports.

What We're Looking For

You have 2–3 years of experience

in social media, digital marketing,

or brand marketing.

But more than experience —

you have taste.

You understand what makes

a skincare brand feel premium.

You notice when a caption is off.

You care about the details

most people scroll past.

You're proactive.

You don't wait to be told.

If something needs to happen —

you make it happen.

You're organized.

Deadlines don't slip when you're involved.

Follow-ups happen before they're needed.

The founder sleeps better

because you're on it.

You're a people person.

Agencies, founders, creators —

you work well with everyone
