Role Description

We are seeking a full-timeSocial Media Designer and Content Strategistto join our dynamic team on-site inAhmedabad. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and planning high-quality visual content formultiple client brandsacross social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating static posts,reels, and carousels, developing structured content calendars, crafting campaign-led social media strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive and engaging campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency inGraphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling digital assets.
• Strong skills inBranding, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with diverse client brand guidelines across social platforms.
• Working knowledge ofTypographyand its effective application in social media creatives.
• Experience designingreels and short-form video content, including layout planning, transitions, and visual flow.
• Familiarity with majorsocial media platforms, content planning, grid aesthetics, and audience engagement techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such asAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion tools are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently with internal teams.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills to manage timelines and multiple client deliverables effectively.
• Previous experience insocial media design and content creationis an advantage; agency experience preferred.
