Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-driven Social Media, PR & Customer Relations Executive to oversee the brand's communication, digital presence, and customer engagement. This individual will manage all social media platforms, create high-quality content, manage photoshoots, interact directly with customers, gather insights, and support PR activities.

The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply immersed in fashion trends, understands digital storytelling, is comfortable speaking with customers, and can use AI tools to improve content quality and workflow.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management
  • Manage, plan, and execute content across all social media pages under House of Deepthi group of brands. (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand messaging, product launches, campaigns, and sales goals.
  • Develop high-quality creatives, graphics, videos, reels, and written captions for daily posting.
  • Use AI tools to generate content ideas, visuals, scripts, and marketing materials to speed up workflow and create innovative content.
  • Track and own key social media metrics including follower growth, reach, engagement, saves, shares, and reel performance.
  • Conduct regular competitor and trend analysis to keep the brand relevant across channels.

Content Creation & Photoshoots
  • Plan, organize, and execute photoshoots and video shoots internallyboth model shoots and product-only shoots.
  • Coordinate with the in-house team for styling, garment selection, mood boards, shoot direction, and final outputs.
  • Capture short-form content in-house using phone or camera as neededBTS, try-ons, styling clips, etc.
  • Edit videos and images to maintain brand aesthetic and consistency across platforms.

Customer Interaction & Feedback
  • Serve as a primary point of communication for customer-related queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
  • Understand customer pain points and regularly collect structured feedback on fittings, styles, preferences, and service experience.
  • Compile weekly customer insight reports for the design, production, and management teams.
  • Maintain a helpful, warm, and solution-oriented communication style that aligns with the brand's premium positioning.

Public Relations & Influencer Management
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, stylists, and content creators relevant to the brand.
  • Coordinate barter and paid collaborations end-to-endcommunication, deliverables, tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with PR initiatives including brand storytelling, event participation, gifting, and outreach efforts.
  • Ensure all external communication aligns with brand voice and guidelines.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Create weekly and monthly reports covering:
  1. Social media performance
  2. Influencer collaborations
  3. Campaign engagement
  4. Customer feedback insights
  5. Trends and upcoming opportunities
  • Present recommendations to improve engagement and brand visibility.

General Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure synchronized brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, audio trends, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, time management, and transparency in workflow.
  • Continuously suggest innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence and customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 03 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, PR, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content platforms.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
  • Basic video editing and photography/videography skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently with customers and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Familiarity with AI tools used for design, content generation, and automation uch as Gemini, Co-pilot, ChatGPT and more
  • Any videography and photography skills is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and storytelling ability.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry, Indian ethnic wear, and current consumer preferences is a plus.
  • Candidate must have their own laptop.
