Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Social Media cum SEO Executive who can manage social media platforms, improve organic search rankings, and run paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, SEO optimization, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendar.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and increase followers organically.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Perform keyword research using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and landing pages.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
  • Monitor rankings and website traffic performance.

Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing):

  • Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Plan PPC, display ads, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Track conversions and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Google & Meta platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for creatives.
  • Understanding of keyword research tools and analytics.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in handling lead generation campaigns.
