Social Media & Creator Community Intern

Full-time · Remote

We're looking for an intern to manage our social media presence and support our creator community. This is a varied role covering content, community, and operations, and the day-to-day changes as we launch new initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts

• Write captions and short-form copy, and respond to comments and DMs

• Reach out to creators and build ongoing relationships

• Manage our WhatsApp creator channel day to day

• Handle creator onboarding end to end, including documentation and account setup

• Maintain creator databases and trackers, and coordinate deliverables and follow-ups

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field

• Strong communication and a natural tone in conversation.

• Active on social media and familiar with current formats and creator culture

• Well organised, comfortable with spreadsheets and consistent follow-ups

• Self-directed and reliable in a remote setup
