iCodex Solutions is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Creative Marketing Assistant to support our digital brand presence and marketing initiatives. If you have a science background, strong communication skills, and a flair for digital creativity, we'd love to hear from you!

Role Overview

You will help create engaging visuals, manage social media channels, run email and retargeting campaigns, and contribute fresh ideas to strengthen our online presence. Prior experience is a plus, but talented freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality visuals for social media and email campaigns

Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Maintain a consistent content calendar

Execute email marketing campaigns (Zoho, Mailchimp or similar tools)

Set up and manage retargeting campaigns

Track and analyze social media and email performance

Engage with audiences through comments, replies, and DMs

Coordinate with internal teams for brand consistency

Stay updated on digital trends and best practices

Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content

Requirements

Postgraduate degree in a science stream

Strong written and verbal communication skills

13 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (or strong skills if fresher)

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms

Understanding of social media analytics and retargeting

Ability to multitask and work independently

Creative mindset with attention to detail
