Job Description: Social Media & Creative Manager (E-Commerce Ladies Garments)

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, fashion-savvy, and highly organized Social Media & Creative Manager to lead our brand's online presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should understand women's fashion trends, create engaging content, manage influencers, and drive brand visibility for our ladies garment e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with brand goals and product launches.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual style across all channels.
  • Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community interactions.
  • Track social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

2. Creative & Content Development

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality content including reels, product videos, styling videos, lookbooks, stories, and lifestyle visuals.
  • Coordinate photoshoots product shoots, model shoots, lifestyle shoots ensuring the brand's aesthetic is maintained.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and designers.
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, and creative scripts tailored to women's fashion and buyer psychology.
  • Generate ideas for viral and trend-based content relevant to ladies garments.

3. Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with fashion influencers, stylists, and creators.
  • Run influencer campaigns, track performance, and negotiate deliverables.
  • Maintain relationships with micro and macro influencers suitable for our brand image.

4. Brand Awareness & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns around festivals, sales, new arrivals, and seasonal collections.
  • Work with the marketing team to align creatives with performance marketing requirements.
  • Develop brand-building content such as behind-the-scenes, brand stories, customer testimonials, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest fashion and social media trends to keep content fresh.

5. Website Creative Support

  • Provide creative assets for website banners, product labels, sliders, and promotional sections.
  • Ensure all creative communication matches social media themes and branding.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Media, or related fields.
  • 14 years of experience in social media management or creative content creation, preferably in fashion/e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, short-form video creation, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video editing tools.
  • Understanding of women's fashion, styling, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage shoots, creatives, and influencer collaborations end-to-end.
