About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive/Coordinator who can manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with hands-on experience in paid marketing, content creation, lead generation, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for various social media channels
  • Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars across platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
  • Run paid campaign setups and optimizations across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage engagement by responding to queries, comments, and messages
  • Utilize email marketing tools for automation, and drip campaigns
  • Conduct research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies
  • Generate and qualify leads through organic and paid campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising
  • Strong knowledge of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Pinterest etc.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies and performance funnels
  • Ability to work with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred)
  • Knowledge of scheduling & analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, etc.)
  • Solid communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a team environment

Preferred Experience:

  • 13 years in digital marketing/social media roles
  • Experience in agency environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO basics and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) is an advantage
