About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive/Coordinator who can manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder with hands-on experience in paid marketing, content creation, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute content strategies for various social media channels
- Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars across platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
- Run paid campaign setups and optimizations across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Manage engagement by responding to queries, comments, and messages
- Utilize email marketing tools for automation, and drip campaigns
- Conduct research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies
- Generate and qualify leads through organic and paid campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns and brand initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of key platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Pinterest etc.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of lead generation strategies and performance funnels
- Ability to work with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred)
- Knowledge of scheduling & analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, etc.)
- Solid communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a team environment
Preferred Experience:
- 13 years in digital marketing/social media roles
- Experience in agency environments is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO basics and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) is an advantage
