About the Role

You will run our social media accounts, come up with relevant, sharp ideas, and execute high-quality designs consistently. We sell to manufacturing companies that want to export, so we need someone who's wiling to learn our industry and make fantastic content that builds trust and leads to more closed deals.
We are not chasing virality here we want to speak the same language as our audience.
We'll teach you the international trade angle your job is to bring the energy, the design skills, and the execution mindset to make our content cut through.

What You'll Do
- Own our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Plan and execute content calendars across platforms
- Create carousels, posts, thumbnails, and social graphics using Canva
- Come up with content ideas tailored to exporters and B2B buyers
- Work closely with the marketing team and founders to move fast
- Track what works and optimise weekly no coasting allowed
- Maintain visual consistency, brand tone, and output discipline
What We're Looking For
- Strong design eye and confident Canva skills
- Solid understanding of how social media works (especially short-form content)
- Excellent written English
- Ability to learn about international trade and turn it into content
- Self-starter: you don't need daily reminders or micromanagement
- Bonus: examples or a portfolio of your past social media work
- Bonus: You have some expereience with content writing for GPT SEO & tradiditonal SEO
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Salary: 30,000 40,000/month (based on experience and skill)
- Growth Path: If you perform well, this can become a permanent Social Media Manager role with a salary bump to 50,000 60,000/month within 36 months
