Role Description

This is a unpaid role for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing all aspects of event logistics, and coordinating with volunteers and participants. Day-to-day tasks include developing event concepts, managing event budgets, liaising with vendors, overseeing event setup and teardown, and ensuring excellent communication with stakeholders. The role also involves providing customer service and support during events to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
