Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Patiala at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. The Social Media Coordinator will manage and create engaging social media content aligned with the institute's goals. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and growing the institute's social media presence, planning and executing social media strategies, monitoring analytics and engagement metrics, and collaborating with various teams for effective campaigns. This role also involves staying updated on the latest digital trends to keep the institute's online presence dynamic and impactful.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience with Digital Marketing strategies and tools
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Relevant experience in managing institutional or brand social media accounts is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
