Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in managing inbound leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and excellent English communication abilities, enabling effective coordination of client interactions and internal sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and schedule meetings for the Senior Sales team
  • Coordinate with prospective clients to gather required information and address queries raised by the Sales Operations team
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients regarding submitted proposals to ensure continued engagement and progression
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations team to facilitate timely preparation and delivery of proposals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including lead status, interaction history, follow-ups, and deal stages
  • Ensure smooth, professional, and timely communication between clients and internal teams to support the overall sales process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales activity tracking
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in the USA time zone, as required
