Role Description As a Social Media Coordinator at Swirlgoal Games, you will manage daily social media activity across multiple platforms to promote games, updates, and events. This contract, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves planning and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner. You will collaborate with game designers, marketing, and community teams to develop campaigns, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistent visual and written messaging. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and suggesting improvements based on audience behavior and trends.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing for gaming or entertainment brands.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for posts, captions, and community interactions.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting and analytics.
Candidates should have familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok) and scheduling tools.
Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content to different audiences and formats.
Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in Pune City, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines.
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and prior experience in gaming or entertainment, are beneficial.
