Position: Social Media Coordinator

Location: H. O., Dahisar East.

Salary: Upto 5 LPA

Experience Required: Must have 2+ years of experience in handling Social Media.

Key Responsibilities: A Social Media Coordinator manages a company's online presence by creating engaging content (text, video, images), scheduling posts, interacting with the community (comments, DMs), analyzing performance metrics, and executing campaigns, all while maintaining brand voice and staying current on trends to boost brand awareness and engagement. They are crucial for bridging marketing strategy with daily platform execution, often working with marketing teams to align content and goals.

1. Develop, edit, and schedule posts, including images, videos, and copy, across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
2. Monitor channels, respond to messages, comments, and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
3. Assist in developing social media strategies, create content calendars, and leverage trends to meet marketing objectives.
4. Track key metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement), analyze performance, and report findings to managers.
5. Ensure all content and interactions align with the brand's voice and marketing guidelines.
6. Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry trends to keep content relevant.
7. Brainstorm: Generate creative ideas and concepts based on client briefs, project objectives, and target audience preferences.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's in Marketing or a Digital Marketing Certification or Equivalent
