We're hiring in-office writers who live at the intersection of SEO and community conversation. You'll craft credible, value-packed answers and discussions on platforms like Reddit and Quora driving organic visibility, earning trust, and capturing qualified traffic for multiple brands.

• Plan and write high-intent answers, posts, and comments for Reddit/Quora aligned to keyword clusters, search intent, and topical authority.
• Research subreddits and topics, map user questions to keywords, and propose helpful (not salesy) answer angles.
• Publish and engage by posting, replying, and iterating quickly while adhering to platform and subreddit rules to avoid removals or bans.
• Optimize for discoverability by crafting hooks, headings, entities, and anchor phrasing that naturally support rankings and CTR.
• Measure and learn by tracking impressions, upvotes, answer acceptance, CTR, dwell time, and content removals, and report insights with next steps.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and operations teams to ship content calendars, briefs, and proof points such as stats, quotes, and sources.
• Use AI tools responsibly to draft outlines and variations while ensuring final quality, consistent voice, and fact-checking.
• Maintain compliance and ethics by following white-hat tactics, adhering to platform rules, and avoiding spam or plagiarism.

1. Helpful rate (upvotes/acceptance/bookmarks) and ratio of posts kept vs. removed.
2. Qualified traffic/CTR from answers (where links are allowed & appropriate).
3. Coverage across target keyword clusters and answer velocity per week.
4. Reduction in moderation flags; profile trust/karma growth over time.
