About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to lead content planning, social media strategy, and brand communication for multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate understands content beyond just posting on social media. They should be able to build content pillars, create platform-specific strategies, analyze performance, and work closely with designers, content creators, and clients to drive meaningful engagement and business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end social media and content strategies for multiple client accounts.
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Build content pillars, communication frameworks, and brand narratives.
  • Write detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and provide actionable recommendations based on analytics.
  • Present strategies, content plans, and performance reports to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing, creative, and client servicing teams.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, content trends, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
  • Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Branding Agency, or Content Agency.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
  • Proven experience in content planning, campaign ideation, and content execution.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with execution.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with B2B and B2C brands.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and content funnels.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for content ideation and research.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
