About Company : Prime Ambit Private Limited is a technology and consulting firm focused on AI, Web3 infrastructure, automation systems, and scalable digital architecture. Operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, we foster a fast-paced work culture driven by innovative, collaborative ventures.
Role Overview : We are looking for a disciplined, execution-focused Social Media & Content Operations Intern to support structured communication across our platforms. This is not influencer-style social media. This role is closer to content execution and distribution operations for a serious B2B technology firm. You will work directly with leadership to ensure approved content is published accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Publishing & Scheduling: Publish pre-approved content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and the website blog (if required). Schedule posts using native schedulers or tools like Buffer/Hootsuite, ensuring correct formatting, tagging, and publishing standards.
- Content Repurposing (Execution-Oriented): Convert existing materials into platform-ready formats (e.g., Pitch deck slides into LinkedIn carousels, blogs into short-form posts, case studies into announcement snippets, and product visuals into launch posts). Coordinate with designers for visual alignment (no independent creative direction).
- Content Operations & Asset Management: Maintain a shared content calendar (Google Sheets / Notion). Track drafts, approvals, scheduled posts, and live links. Maintain and organize our digital asset library, ensuring all final case studies, pitch decks, and graphics are correctly labeled and easily accessible to the sales and leadership teams.
- Analytics & Basic Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly performance reports extracting basic metrics (impressions, clicks, follower growth) from LinkedIn and X analytics dashboards into a tracking sheet.
- UTM, Link Management & SEO: Ensure all external links posted on social media use correct UTM parameters so we can accurately track website traffic sources. Apply basic SEO knowledge when formatting and tagging content for web publishing.
- Competitor Cadence Monitoring: Monitor key competitors and industry leaders to track their posting cadence and formats, reporting operational benchmarks to leadership.
- Platform Hygiene & Consistency: Maintain a structured posting cadence, track all published content in a shared sheet, and ensure brand consistency, clean formatting, and a professional tone across all platforms.
- Engagement Support & Lead Routing (Controlled): Acknowledge comments when appropriate. Identify high-value inbound messages or comments (e.g., partnership inquiries, sales leads) and route them to the appropriate internal team.
