Role DescriptionThe Social Media & Content Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across CareerSecure's social media channels. This is a Internship, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting social media posts, assisting with content calendars, repurposing program updates into engaging narratives, and helping manage community engagement (comments, messages, and basic queries). The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, track basic performance metrics, and suggest content improvements based on audience insights. The role offers exposure to academic–industry integration initiatives and the opportunity to contribute to brand storytelling and awareness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with a basic understanding of online campaigns and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including drafting posts, basic copywriting, and content ideation.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and convey ideas clearly.
- Basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., platform insights), Canva or similar design tools, and content scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in education, careers, or workforce development, along with the ability to work on-site in Noida, is required.
