The Opportunity

We're looking for a Social Media Content Manager to own AMINU's day-to-day social storytelling. This role blends planning, coordination, content creation, and deep brand alignment so we're seeking someone who doesn't just understand engagement but understands why people connect.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for shaping and executing AMINU's social media rhythm. Key responsibilities include:

Content Planning & Execution:

• Build and manage the monthly social calendar in collaboration with Design and Copy
• Drive coordination across teams to execute timely, relevant, on-brand content
• Track performance and make strategic suggestions for rhythm improvement

Creative Collaboration:

• Brief the copywriter on voice, angle, and key takeaways for each post
• Collaborate with the design team to bring content ideas to life visually
• Work alongside the Community & Influencer team to align campaigns and co-create

Content Creation & Curation:

• Ideate and generate raw content (reels, shoots, BTS, team moments, educational clips)
• Coordinate in-house shoots and gather team-driven content with spontaneity
• Stay curious and deepen your skincare understanding to build authentic storytelling

What You'll Bring

• 23 years of experience in social media or content management
• Strong understanding of brand voice, digital platforms, and storytelling dynamics
• Hands-on with day-to-day execution and cross-functional communication
• Creative thinker you turn small moments into meaningful content
• Excellent collaboration and coordination skills you can keep people and plans in sync
• High level of self-ownership and awareness of AMINU's tone and intent

Bonus Points For

• Experience building a brand's social media presence from scratch
• Prior work in beauty, wellness, or purpose-led lifestyle brands
• Comfort being both behind and in front of the camera for content
• Skills in basic video editing or on-the-go content creation
