About the Role
We are looking for a creative, smart, and enthusiastic Social Media & AI Content Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to digital branding, content creation, and social media activities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands current social media trends, enjoys creating content, and has exposure to AI tools for content, image generation, and creative support. The candidate will work closely with our team to support content ideation, social media activities, and training content development.
The ideal candidate should be curious, proactive, and comfortable exploring new AI platforms and digital tools to improve creativity and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Creative Support
- Support the team with ideas for reels, posts, stories, carousels, and social media campaigns.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and digital trends.
- Assist in writing captions, hooks, taglines, and content drafts.
- Contribute creative ideas aligned with employer branding, HR, and training content.
AI-Based Content Support
- Use AI tools and platforms for content ideation, image generation, caption writing, and creative support.
- Work on platforms such as ChatGPT, Canva, Gamma AI, Gemini, and similar tools.
- Assist in creating social media creatives, visual concepts, presentations, and training-related content using AI tools.
- Explore new AI trends and suggest innovative ways to improve content quality and engagement.
Social Media Support
- Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Help maintain the social media content calendar.
- Support engagement activities such as responding to comments/messages under guidance.
- Assist in maintaining consistent branding and communication across platforms.
Training, Learning & Creative Content Support
- Support in preparing basic learning/training content, presentation creatives, and visual learning material.
- Assist in designing social media creatives, presentations, posts, and branding material using Canva or similar platforms.
- Support in converting workshops, podcasts, or training sessions into engaging social media posts, presentations, and creatives.
- Assist in simplifying long-form content into easy-to-understand posts, presentations, or infographics.
- Assist in collecting and organising content for social media and branding activities.
Analytics & Learning
- Track basic social media performance metrics and engagement insights.
- Learn and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Support the team in preparing basic performance reports and content observations.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Gamma AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinking and interest in storytelling/content creation.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and explore new tools and ideas.
- Interest in HR, training, employer branding, or learning content is a plus.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate students, graduates, or freshers can apply.
- Mass Communication students will be preferred.
- Candidates active on social media platforms will be preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools or content creation platforms will be an added advantage.
