Work: On-ground public interviews that are funny, informational, and brand-first

Stipend: INR 15,000 per month

Schedule: 6 days a week

Commitment: 3 to 6 months

Growth: Stipend can increase after 3 months based on performance

Role Overview

We are hiring 2 interns to run on-ground social content end-to-end. One intern will primarily handle shooting and editing. The other will primarily handle interviewing and hosting. You will work as a duo to produce high-quality short-form videos.

What You Will Do

Plan and execute on-ground public interview videos across Bengaluru

Approach people respectfully, take consent, and conduct engaging interviews

Shoot clean, stable footage with good audio in real-world conditions

Compile, edit, and deliver platform-ready short-form videos

Ensure every video aligns with brand tone and quality benchmarks

Skills We Need

Confident public speaking and strong people skills

Extroverted, respectful, and comfortable interacting with strangers

Basic video shooting and editing capability

Fast execution, high ownership, and strong teamwork
