Role Overview
This role is for a doer, not a planner. As a Social Media Content & Growth Executive, you will create, publish, distribute, and optimise content across platforms to drive leads, engagement, and conversions.
You will be responsible for both content quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create short-form and long-form content for:
- Instagram (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn
- Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive action
- Repurpose webinars, talks, and internal content into social assets
Content Execution & Publishing
- Own daily posting across platforms
- Manage content calendars and execution timelines
- Ensure consistency of tone, quality, and branding
Growth & Distribution
- Drive reach and engagement organically
- Test formats, hooks, and posting times
- Work with performance marketing team to boost high-performing content
Performance Ownership
- Track metrics: reach, engagement, leads, saves, clicks
- Double down on what works, kill what doesn't
- Report weekly performance with clear learnings
Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, advisors, and sales teams
- Translate admissions insights into high-impact content
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience running social media accounts end-to-end
- Strong writing and visual instincts (hooks matter more than polish)
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta tools, basic analytics
- Obsessed with growth, not vanity metrics
- Education, edtech, or creator-led brand experience is a plus
