About the Role
We are looking for a creative and drivenSocial Media & Content Executivewith 35 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and basic copywriting. The ideal candidate will have prior agency experience and a strong understanding of youth-centric communication, especially for college students. This is a dynamic role where your creativity, copy skills, and digital instincts will be instrumental in building a vibrant online presence for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and growth across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Write engaging, youthful, and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, captions, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to plan and execute social-first creatives and reels.
- Monitor trends, insights, and best practices to adapt content strategy for better reach and engagement.
- Engage with student communities and college ambassadors through digital platforms.
- Support campaign rollouts in sync with marketing objectives and content calendars.
Requirements
- 35 years of relevant experience in social media handling and basic copywriting.
- Prior agency experience is highly preferred.
- Must have worked with brands targeting college students or Gen Z audiences.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content planning tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt brand tone across platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or design collaboration tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken/written) is Must.
