Social Media Content Creator

With a team of 200+ passionate travel experts, TripFactory aims to build the largest team in the global holiday space. We are official airline partners to key airlines such as GoAir, Air Asia, Jet Airways, and preferred partners with others like Indigo and Emirates.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content for various social media platforms, crafting compelling social media posts, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. The role involves staying updated on social media trends, collaborating with the marketing team for campaign strategies, and engaging with the online community to promote our brand effectively.

• Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation
• Strong skills in Copywriting and Graphic Design
• Knowledge of Social Media Analytics and Performance Metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative content ideas
• Familiarity with Social Media Tools and Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
