Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Meme Creator to develop and manage

engaging content for third-party pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong

understanding of internet culture, trends, and audience behaviour, along with the ability to

align content with strategic communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Create relevant, high-engagement memes aligned with the client's tone and

objectives.

Manage and publish content on third-party social media pages.

Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with campaigns, announcements,

and key public dates/events.

Track trends, viral formats, and pop-culture moments to create timely content.

Coordinate closely with internal design and content teams, as well as external

stakeholders, for approvals and alignment.

Monitor performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and

improve reach.

Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Education: Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years (3+ years preferred) in meme creation, content

creation, or social media management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).

Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.

Quick turnaround time and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be locally based in Jaipur.

Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.

Skills

Strong creative thinking and sense of humour.

Excellent grasp of current trends and internet culture.

Basic knowledge of content analytics is a plus.

Good communication and coordination skills.
