Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Content Creator to join our team at The Flavour Farm in Agra. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, creative, and visually appealing social media content to enhance our online presence. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing posts, writing captions, managing social media accounts, planning content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborating with teams to align content strategies with branding goals will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Visual Design
• Proficiency in Copywriting, Caption Writing, and Creative Storytelling
• Understanding of Social Media Analytics and experience with related tools
• Experience in Photography, Video Editing, and Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
• Experience in the food or wellness industry is an added advantage
