Cariove is a growing fashion jewellery brand built around everyday statement pieces, pre-curated stacks, anti-tarnish jewellery, and styling-led content. We are looking for someone creative, proactive, and hands-on who can help us build stronger content, plan shoots, create reels, manage stories, and bring fresh ideas to the brand every day.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, jewellery, styling, Instagram trends, and creating content that feels real, engaging, and visually beautiful.
Role Overview
We are looking for an in-house Social Media Content Strategist / Content Creator who can manage the day-to-day content for Cariove - from planning ideas to shooting videos, writing basic scripts, editing reels, posting content, and creating Instagram stories.
You should be comfortable shooting on an iPhone, editing short-form videos, understanding Instagram trends, and helping the brand look more premium, relatable, and engaging online.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Strategy
- Plan weekly and monthly content for Instagram.
- Come up with reel ideas, story ideas, carousel concepts, and campaign themes.
- Research jewellery, fashion, styling, and Instagram trends.
- Create content around new launches, restocks, bestsellers, offers, styling tips, and founder-led content.
- Help build recurring content series for the brand.
Shooting & Execution
- Shoot reels, product videos, styling videos, BTS content, packaging videos, and founder-led videos.
- Shoot content using an iPhone or basic camera setup.
- Help plan and execute small in-house shoots.
- Coordinate props, styling, backgrounds, product selection, and shot ideas.
- Capture real-time content during workdays, launches, packing, customer orders, and shoots.
Video Editing & Design
- Edit reels, stories, and short videos using apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or similar tools.
- Add text overlays, trending audios, transitions, captions, and simple effects.
- Create basic story creatives and simple carousel layouts on Canva.
- Maintain a clean, premium, and consistent brand aesthetic.
Instagram Management
- Post reels, stories, carousels, and product content as per schedule.
- Create daily engaging stories such as polls, quizzes, styling tips, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write short captions or work with the founder on caption direction.
- Track what content performs well and suggest improvements.
- Help increase engagement, reach, and follower growth organically.
Who We're Looking For
- Someone creative, energetic, and genuinely interested in fashion/jewellery content.
- Comfortable being hands-on with shooting, editing, and posting.
- Good understanding of Instagram reels, trends, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Basic video editing skills are a must.
- Canva knowledge is preferred.
- Should be able to shoot well using an iPhone.
- Should have a good eye for styling, angles, lighting, and composition.
- Should be proactive and bring ideas without waiting for instructions every time.
- Prior experience with a fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brand is a plus.
- Freshers with strong content sense and editing skills can also apply.
