Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Noida. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Responsibilities include brainstorming content ideas, writing captions and scripts, coordinating with designers and video editors, and adapting content to different formats (posts, reels, stories, shorts, carousels). The role involves managing content calendars, collaborating with the strategy and performance marketing teams, and aligning daily content with broader campaign goals and brand guidelines. The Social Media Content Creator will also monitor trends and analytics, experiment with new content styles, and optimize posts to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Strong social media content skills, including ideation, storytelling, caption writing, and basic scriptwriting for short-form video.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar), and mobile editing apps for reels and shorts.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning, audience targeting, and engagement optimization.
  • Ability to plan and manage content calendars, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific best practices, analytics dashboards, and trend research on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and grammar.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with designers, editors, strategists, and clients on-site.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a creative agency or digital-first brand is preferred; a portfolio or links to past social media work are highly beneficial.
