Role Summary
We're looking for a creative, camera-ready Social Media Content Creator to join our Brand team. You'll script, shoot, and publish content that captures Shyaway's voice across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — staying ahead of trends and helping our community grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Confidently appear in reels, videos, and brand-led content
- Script, plan, and execute short-form videos aligned with trends, campaigns, and brand voice
- Shoot and coordinate content production using mobile or basic camera setups
- Edit reels, stories, and social media posts using basic video editing tools
- Design story posts, thumbnails, and social media assets using Canva / Photoshop
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
- Coordinate with branding and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Support content calendar planning and post scheduling
- Track content performance and suggest creative improvements based on insights
Requirements
- 1-3 years of social media or content creation experience
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Proficient in Canva / Photoshop, basic video editing tools, and Meta Insights
- Creative, trend-aware, and quick to adapt
- Fashion or lifestyle content experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Trend spotting & meme marketing
- Strong visual sense and aesthetic judgment
- Proactive, self-driven with minimal hand-holding needed
