About Sage & Sandal

Sage & Sandal is the in-house wedding decor studio. We design and execute decor for weddings at Rajyog and partner venues across the city, with a focus on thoughtful, earthy and elegant design.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced content creator to own Sage & Sandal's social media presence: shooting our setups, telling the story behind each wedding, and growing an audience of couples and families planning their celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run a monthly content calendar for Instagram, with a focus on Reels
Shoot and edit photos and videos of decor setups, from build to final reveal
Capture behind-the-scenes content with the design and production team
Write captions, hooks and stories that reflect the brand's voice
Track trends in wedding content and adapt them to the brand
Monitor performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement
Coordinate with photographers, couples and vendors for features and collaborations

Requirements

2+ years of experience creating content for a brand, ideally in weddings, decor, fashion or lifestyle
A strong portfolio of Reels and social content you have shot and edited
Skilled with a phone camera and editing tools
A good eye for composition, lighting and aesthetics
Working knowledge of Instagram analytics
Availability for weekend and evening shoots during wedding season
