Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Sonipat. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter), with a focus on visually explaining how MyMagicPencil supports K–12 learners. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, scripting and creating short-form videos and graphics, writing captions and hooks, and adapting content for different audiences and formats. The role involves interacting with the online community through comments and direct messages, partnering with the product and marketing teams to highlight new features, and monitoring trends in education and AI to keep content fresh and relevant. The Social Media Content Creator will also track basic performance metrics, suggest experiments to improve reach and engagement, and ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent across all channels.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills, including short-form video production, basic graphic design, and storytelling tailored to social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and age-appropriate captions, hooks, and scripts for K–12 focused content.
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics (AI, education concepts) into simple, engaging, and visually oriented content.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and comfort using insights to refine content strategy and experiments.
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback, working closely with education, product, and design teams.
- Demonstrated interest in education, edtech, or K–12 learning; prior experience in these areas is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Media, Design, Education, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
