• Manage and grow Melzo's social media presence across relevant platforms

• Create engaging Reels, Posts, Stories, captions and campaigns

• Develop creative content ideas that increase brand visibility and engagement

• Write compelling captions, hooks and social media copy

• Monitor social media performance, reach and engagement

• Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and content formats

• Experiment with new ideas and strategies to grow the audience

• Contribute to building a strong and recognizable digital brand

• Creative, energetic and curious mindset

• Strong understanding of Instagram and current social media trends

• Good sense of what makes content engaging and shareable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to think independently and bring fresh ideas

• Passion for content creation and digital marketing

• Freshers with strong creativity and social media knowledge are encouraged to apply
