Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Kolkata. The role involves creating, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include crafting compelling captions, designing posts, scheduling content updates, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The Social Media Content Creator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the company's branding and marketing goals, stay updated with social media trends, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and caption crafting
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative design skills, with basic knowledge of tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is a plus
