About The Almanac

We're building a hospitality brand that believes people remember how a place made them feel long after they've forgotten the thread count or the breakfast menu.

Our stays are about slow mornings, local food, conversations around a bonfire, road trips with good music, and discovering places that don't need a neon sign to stand out.

We're looking for someone who can help tell those stories.

Not because social media needs another post, but because every property, guest and experience has something worth sharing.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with our marketing and founding team to create content across Instagram and other digital channels.

That could mean:

  • Turning guest moments into reels and carousels
  • Writing captions that sound like a friend recommending a place
  • Spotting trends and giving them an Almanac twist
  • Building weekly content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Editing videos, designing posts and experimenting with new formats
  • Travelling to our properties from time to time to capture fresh content
Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience.

You do need curiosity, good taste and the ability to tell a story.

You'll probably enjoy this role if:

  • You naturally take photos and videos wherever you go
  • You spend enough time on Instagram to know what's worth saving and what's worth skipping
  • You can write simple, engaging English
  • You know your way around Canva, CapCut, Figma or Adobe tools
  • You're comfortable using AI to speed up your workflow without letting it do all the thinking
  • You're comfortable working independently and bringing your own ideas to the table
  • If you've created something you're proud of, send it across. We'd rather see genuine work than a polished résumé.
