Key Responsibilities:

Plan content strategies and monthly calendars.

Develop creative campaigns and reel ideas.

Write reel scripts, captions and social media copy.

Manage posting, scheduling and community engagement.

Plan shoots and coordinate with creative teams.

Shoot and edit reels on a phone.

Brief influencers and review their content.

Adapt relevant trends to the brand.

Track performance and improve content.

Maintain brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements:

4–5 years of content and social media experience.

Strong creativity and original storytelling skills.

Understanding of virality, Instagram's algorithm and audience behaviour.

Ability to write engaging reel hooks and scripts.

Proficiency in mobile reel editing tools.

Strong English and Hinglish writing skills.

Ability to analyse content performance.

Food or hospitality brand experience preferred.

Portfolio showcasing relevant content and reels.
