Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join the Kadam Colors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content across social media platforms, building brand awareness, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, edit and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals

- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy for posts, reels, and stories

- Shoot and edit photos/videos for social media use

- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

- Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, product launches, and promotions

- Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts

- Engage with the online community — respond to comments and messages

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in social media content creation (mandatory)

- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut, VN.

- Basic video editing skills (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

- Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Gujarati/Hindi
