Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote InstaAstro's services and brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and executing content ideas, writing captions and posts, creating short-form videos or collaborating with designers on visual assets, and adapting content to different platforms. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, respond to audience interactions, and coordinate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, launches, and community-building initiatives. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends within the wellness and astrology space to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media content creation, including writing engaging captions, scripting short videos, and adapting content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Experience in basic visual content production, such as collaborating on graphics, using simple design tools (e.g., Canva), or coordinating with designers and video editors.
• Ability to plan and execute content calendars, support campaigns, and align posts with broader digital marketing and brand initiatives.
• Comfort with analyzing social media metrics, drawing insights from performance reports, and optimizing content based on data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Interest or familiarity with astrology, wellness, spirituality, or related fields, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Noida in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
