Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator/Content Strategist role based in Mumbai. Individual should be avid in new-age formats like micro-dramas on Instagram, attention-grabbing hacks, hook psychology and long format content for YouTube.

The Content Strategist will define content goals, develop holistic content strategies, and create structured content plans and copy across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, mapping customer journeys, and aligning content with brand positioning and business objectives. The role involves ownership on copywriting and in-house reel creation, collaborating closely with creative, design, data, and technology teams for larger tasks to ensure content is consistent, accessible, and measurable.

The Content Strategist will also oversee content calendars, content output, and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize content initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Candidate will be part of growing business, so requires entrepreneurial bent, ownership and get-go attitude.
  • Candidate should be camera-friendly and well versed in English and another language.
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in new format knowledge, strategy and ideation.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Writing skills, including clear, structured, and audience-focused communication.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to use data and research insights to inform content decisions and measure impact.
  • Candidates should possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and UX or customer journey mapping is beneficial.
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a content strategist, content manager, or similar role in an agency or consulting environment is an advantage.
