ROLE PURPOSE

To create and coordinate engaging digital content that strengthens Estero Education Services brand, communicates its initiatives, promotes student engagement, and supports institutional partnerships and business development. The role encompasses content planning, writing, visual creation, publishing, event coverage, community engagement, and performance reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, media, journalism, design, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in content creation or digital communications.
• A portfolio of writing, visual design, videos, or campaigns is desirable.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and design or editing tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with Estero's strategic priorities and recruitment cycles.
• Content Creation and Brand Management: Write and edit captions, social media posts, short articles, newsletters, campaign copy, and other digital content.
• Events and Campaigns: Prepare promotional content for education fairs, workshops, school visits, institutional delegations, and student engagement activities.
• Publishing and Audience Engagement: Schedule and publish approved content in line with the content calendar. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track reach, impressions, engagement, audience growth, clicks, enquiries, and other relevant performance measures.
