The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, strong presentation skills, and the ability to create engaging and impactful content for our social media platforms. This role focuses on developing creative content, presenting in front of the camera, and effectively managing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Present and feature in videos, reels, and other social media content
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and social media posts
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts
- Develop creative ideas and content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements for better engagement
Required Skills

- Good presentation and on-camera communication skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can also apply)

- Basic photography or videography skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and insights
