We're looking for a creative, content-driven personality who can:
- Shoot reels/short videos
- Host and manage Twitter/X Spaces
- Create social-first content (X, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Conceptualize content ideas aligned to our brand strategy and ecosystem news.
Core responsibilities:
Video content and reels:
- Shoot talking head explainers, reels, shorts, event snippets, reaction clips.
- Brainstorm content hooks/scripts with the strategy team.
- Work with editors to finalize short-form videos.
Hosting and spaces:
- Host X/Twitter Spaces, AMAs, community discussions.
- Bring energy, structure & engagement into conversations.
- Help identify and onboard panelists/KOLs.
Social Content Creation (X, LinkedIn, TG, YT)
- Curate and execute content ideas for:
- X/Twitter: threads, polls, summaries, POV tweets.
- LinkedIn: carousels, thought leadership posts, topical insights.
- Telegram: short updates, announcement copy, polls, interactive prompts.
- YouTube: shorts, clips, intro/outro scripts, episodic content outlines.
Content Strategy & Calendar
- Maintain weekly content calendar across platforms.
- Understand Web3 trends and propose timely content.
- Repurpose discussions and Spaces into short-form edits.
Community & Messaging
- Inject personality, storytelling, and industry POV into content.
- Maintain tone aligned to the brand and audience.
