Job Description

Company: Deliciano Global Private Limited

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (on-site shoot days)

Type: Freelance / Part-Time

Reports To: Founder / Growth Marketing Team

The Role

We need a creator who can shoot and anchor short-form video, working from scripts, hooks, and shot lists from our creative team, and bring them to life with real energy. Fast-paced, native to how people actually scroll Reels and Shorts.

We want someone who can improvise on camera, react to food in the moment, and sound like a person, not read a script like a voiceover.

What You'll Do

Shoot and anchor Reels/Shorts from provided scripts and storyboards

Execute content angles: spice challenges, food hacks, before/after meal transformations, product-in-use content

Deliver raw or lightly-edited footage on agreed timelines

Create real reaction/usage content with product samples, actual eating moments, not staged shots

Handle basic shot composition, lighting, framing for vertical/mobile formats

Show up for shoot days (roughly monthly or bi-weekly)

Match the brand tone: energetic, confident, fresh, not flat, not corporate

What We're Looking For

Short-form video experience (Reels, Shorts, UGC); portfolio or reel required

Comfortable on camera: natural, expressive, clear speech (Hindi/Gujarati/English, any mix)

Own basic gear (phone/camera, mic, light) or access to it

Understands vertical formats, hooks, pacing

Available and reliable for shoots in Rajkot

Food content experience helps but isn't required; camera presence matters more.

Engagement Details

Freelance/part-time, paid per shoot day or per deliverable (rate discussed based on experience/volume)

Shoots on-site in Rajkot; occasional outdoor shoots possible

  • Frequency tied to the monthly content calendar; regular, not full-time
