• Role: Social Media Content Creator
• Location: Gurgaon | Work from office
• Schedule: Full-time | Six days a week
• Compensation: 10,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio
• Must-have: A personal Instagram account with 10,000+ followers or YouTube channel with 10,000+ subscribers

WHO WE ARE

Dalvoy AI is building a personalised preparation platform for government-exam aspirants in India. We're looking for a creator who can turn ideas into engaging, relatable videos and become a familiar face for our audience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create face-led content for Instagram and YouTube, from ideas and scripts to shooting, editing and publishing.
• Develop strong hooks and stories that capture attention and keep viewers watching.
• Make relatable content around student life, exam preparation and Dalvoy's product.
• Follow trends and adapt them to our audience with original ideas.
• Track views, watch time, shares and audience feedback to improve content and repeat successful formats.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A personal account or channel meeting the 10K+ audience requirement, with content you have personally created.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with confidence and a natural presence on camera.
• Good video editing skills, including pacing, captions, sound and visual presentation.
• An understanding of what makes content relatable, shareable and likely to reach new audiences.
• The ability to independently take a video from an idea to a finished post and publish consistently.
