Role Description Social Media Content Creator (Instagram & LinkedIn)
This is a remote, contract-based role focused exclusively on creating high-quality content for Instagram and LinkedIn, targeted at IB students and parents.
You will be responsible for creating mature, insightful, and value-driven content that reflects Curricore's academic credibility and premium positioning. The role requires strong English communication skills, content structuring ability, and an understanding of how to present educational content in a clean, engaging, and professional way.
You will not be working on entertainment or trend-based content. The focus is on clarity, authority, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Create content specifically for Instagram and LinkedIn (posts, reels, carousels, captions)
Develop IB-focused educational content (study tips, academic insights, subject clarity, mindset, performance improvement)
Maintain a mature, minimal, and premium brand tone
Write clear, fluent, and engaging English copy aligned with Curricore's voice
Collaborate with the founding team on content ideas and monthly themes
Convert academic concepts into simple, valuable social media content
Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging
Track basic performance metrics and improve content accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong command of English writing and communication
Proven ability to create content for Instagram & LinkedIn
Understanding of IB curriculum / IB student mindset (mandatory)
Ability to write clear, structured, and non-generic content
Experience with content planning and storytelling
Basic understanding of reels, hooks, and audience psychology
Ability to maintain a professional and credible tone
Interest in education, student growth, and academic excellence
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience working with education brands or ed-tech
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Understanding of content analytics and growth metrics
Prior experience handling academic or student-focused pages
