We're looking for a Content Creator who doesn't just want an internship — but wants to build something from the ground up.

At CreLynk, we're building a platform connecting creators & brands and working toward making India's creator-brand collaboration market more transparent and scam-free.

Who are we looking for

Someone who:

• Has a strong startup mindset

• Understands Gen Z content & social media trends

• Can create Reels, posts, carousels & campaign content

• Can come up with content ideas independently

• Is comfortable taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions

• Wants to build a personal portfolio + startup experience

• Is willing to experiment, fail, learn and execute fast

• Is a student at Lovely Professional University (LPU)

Your Responsibilities

You'll be involved in:

• Content strategy for CreLynk

• Instagram/Reels content

• Carousels & creative posts

• Campaign concepts

• Trend research

• Content calendars

• Brand storytelling

• Community & creator-focused content

• Helping shape CreLynk's social media identity

IMPORTANT — READ THIS

This is NOT a paid internship/job.

This is an EQUITY-BASED opportunity.

Paid compensation will begin once CreLynk starts generating revenue, subject to the role, contribution, and mutually agreed terms.

There is no salary or stipend during the initial evaluation period.

1-WEEK EVALUATION

Everyone starts with a 1-week evaluation period.

During this week, we'll evaluate:

Creativity • Consistency • Execution • Ownership • Communication • Startup mindset

If there is a strong fit after the evaluation, we'll discuss the equity-based role and long-term involvement with CreLynk.

This is for someone who wants to say:

I helped build this from the beginning.

—not someone looking for a certificate.
