Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content across social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and others
- Lead and participate in the ideation, scripting, and production of User-Generated Content (UGC), including reaction videos, public interactions, and relatable short-form video content
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce professional-grade UGC and social-first content tailored to platform-specific trends
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies to continuously bring fresh, relevant content ideas
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering two-way interactions with followers
- Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns and content, and generate actionable insights for ongoing improvements
- Assist in planning and executing influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and digital partnership initiatives
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in UGC content creation and social media storytelling
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Video editing skills with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
