Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging reel scripts for social media platforms.
• Write effective and engaging Facebook/Meta ad scripts.
• Confidently act in and host videos for social media platforms.
• Plan and shoot videos/reels for social media content.
• Identify and create content based on current social media trends.
• Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Develop creative ideas for reels, advertisements, campaigns, and other social media content.
• Manage and execute day-to-day social media content activities.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Contribute to overall social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to create consistent and engaging brand content.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and brand promotion.
• Strong reel scripting and content-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of Facebook/Meta ad scripting.
• Confident in acting and appearing on camera.
• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
• Good video shooting skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Good knowledge of social media marketing.
