Job Title: Social Media & Community Lead
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Role Summary
As the Social Media & Community Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's voice across digital platforms and building a vibrant, engaged community around our mission of sustainable, science-backed weight loss. You will lead content strategy, manage day-to-day social presence, drive high engagement through viral content, and represent the brand in video and community interactions. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, audience-focused, and excited to grow a health-focused brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Build an active, engaged online community
- Develop high-engagement, trend-driven content
- Represent the brand in expert/user interviews and reels
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams
- Track metrics and optimize strategies
Ideal Candidate
- 24 years of experience in social media and community management
- Background in health, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and on-camera presence
- Experience building and managing online communities, with a strong understanding of how to engage users and foster relationships.
- Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
