Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary point-of-contact for client accounts, Understand Key deliverables & lead day-to-day management of client experience.
- Manage effective communication between the client and the team.
- Assign tasks, coordinate between the creative team, review each step, offer suggestions and meet the project expectations.
- Juggle effectively between multiple clients needs and ensure the timely delivery of the projects.
- Coordinate all aspects of client project management and ability to handle all related administrative jobs.
- Assist in project coordination with creative & production team and external vendors
- Understand branding practices and guidelines of the agency and apply this knowledge in preparing/assisting presentations.
- The ability to research and work out a content strategy that is in sync with the brand's philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook & Youtube and devise strategic content.
Criteria:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English with at least 1+ years of relevant experience in a reputed Creative Agency / Advertising Agency.
